Battle of the Tribes (aka "BOTT" or "Battle") is our biggest event of the year. Students from different Filipino Clubs in the South Bay participate in a friendly competition where games are played and skits are performed.

Think of BOTT as a large competitive Pilipino Culture Night (aka "PCN"). For those who are in college, BOTT would be the equivalent to Friendship Games which is a similar college event held in California State Fullerton. It is said that this was the inspiration for BOTT.

The purpose of Battle of the Tribes is to bring visibility and connection amongst Filipino American youth, families, and community members in the South Bay.
